Start at least checking listings of apartments in the areas you would like to be just so that if/when you have to move you know what the market is like.

I'm very sorry that after you found the right place for you to be that this happened! I wouldn't buy it at what they're asking now, and chances are, no one else will, either, and maybe in a few months, I'd have a shot. But it's a very iffy possibility.

Natalie - Yeah, someone else offline told me that as well, but at the same time, it'd be better for the girls as well if I waited until the end of the school year. I'm...Actually, I think you do have a right to look. I'm pretty sure in most states, when a leased property is being sold, the current tenant has a right to find a new home at the time of notification. I could be wrong, but there are a lot of apartments being turned into condo's here and there are some special rules. I just talked to my coworker (who just moved OUT of California) and he concurs.

That said, I'm so sorry you are having to leave that place. That's really a shame, I did read that entry.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4211674678201251588.post-28894675969565823412008-03-11T13:45:00.000-07:002008-03-11T13:45:00.000-07:00I'm sorry. :(Is buying it an option??I'm sorry. :(

Is buying it an option??Maríahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11222253058280821035noreply@blogger.com
